Supreme Tower - Introduction
The Supreme Tower (Mingcheng Dajiudian) is a deluxe hotel located right in the Lujiazui Financial and Trading Development Zone, Shanghai's most cutting-edge development area. The Huangpu River, Bund, and the Oriental Pearl Tower are all close by. From the hotel, both the Hongqiao and Pudong international airports can be reached in 45 minutes by car. Metro line 2 connects Lujiazui to Shanghai and all its top attractions. It is only a five-minute walk from the World Expo Site.
This hotel has a total of 274 rooms including standard suites, deluxe suites, superior suites and executive suites and all come equipped with international direct-dial telephones, central air conditioning, safes, mini bars, private baths, and work desks. The rooms are exceedingly spacious, even the smallest rooms contain lobbies, and room rates are quite competitive.
Extra facilities are numerous here. Recreationally speaking guests can enjoy swims in the indoor pool, swelters in the sauna followed by facials at the beauty parlor, or even, for the active, a session in the gym. For the business travelers there is a business center and a function room.
There are a number of restaurants here specializing mainly in Japanese food. The Hanzan Restaurant is particularly good in this respect.
